Increasingly, the quality of community life is equated with the quality of its educational institutions. In a knowledge economy, education is the primary means of producing goods and services, consequently incomes, and ultimately wealth.
This section considers a gamut of outcome indicators, from pre-K to graduate education. It also looks at workforce training activities and educational achievement. Finally, it briefly examines the community's financial support for public education.
